1. Acceptance
Access to or use of ductwisehq.otctablets.com (the “Site”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for persons of at least thirteen years of age with legal capacity to contract.
3. Licence and restrictions
DuctWise HQ grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and read the Site for personal or internal business use. The user shall not: (a) reproduce or redistribute Site content without written consent; (b) use automated means that impose an unreasonable load on the Site; (c) attempt unauthorised access; (d) transmit harmful code; or (e) use the Site unlawfully.
4. Intellectual property
All content, including text, graphics and layout, is owned by the publisher or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Short quotations with attribution and a link are permitted for commentary, criticism or reporting.
5. User submissions
Users retain ownership of submissions but grant the publisher a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and moderate them. The publisher may remove any submission at its discretion.

Third-party advertisements and hyperlinks are provided for convenience. The publisher does not control and disclaims responsibility for them.

12. Governing law and general
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator is domiciled.
